Steps to complete CORI
Pre-Requisite: Register as a coach with Belmont Second Soccer:

(1) Register with Mass youth soccer:

Please read the directions on this page and choose the green button for first time registrants and Blue button for returning coaches renewing CORI. 

Please specify the Organization as: Belmont Second Soccer.

After completing - you will receive an email from Massachusetts Youth Soccer. Please read it carefully. Please check your junk email folder if it does not arrive within 2 hours. Call the technical support if you do not get this email as you cannot complete step 2 without it.

(2) That email will contain a link to a CORI application form. Please complete a mandatory MA Cori application:

Again, please specify the Organization as: Belmont Second Soccer.

Email charlie_conroy@hotmail.com the Certificate that is presented at the end of the process. It should be a .pdf file.

After completing - you will receive an email from CORI. Please save for your records

Please check junk folders in case these are filtered out of your inbox.

(3) Please send charlie_conroy@hotmail.com a Government issued photo ID that can keep on file per the requirements of the CORI. Most coaches have taken a digital picture of their drivers license and send that via email. Please do this asap also, as it is a prerequisite for your coaching.

All 3 steps are required. The CORI clearance can take 2-3 business days from the time you get the confirmation email that the CORI form has been submitted - step 2 (above).
